REGISTRATION AND PAPER SUBMISSION

ONLINE edition

 

Authors are welcome to submit paper(s) in accordance with UNIVERSITARIA SIMPRO 2021 conference topics.

The official language of the Conference is English.

For submitting the paper(s), the authors should use the EasyChair platform, according to the following procedure:


1. SHORT ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

For uploading the short abstract please follow the procedure:

  1. Create/Open an EasyChair account at:
    https://easychair.org/cfp/universitaria_simpro_2021
  2. Upload the short abstract on the EasyChair platform.
  3. Fill the registration form (for every abstract/paper)

The short abstract must present the essence of the paper and should not exceed 200 words. It briefly summarises the background, aim or purpose of research, method used, results/findings and conclusions of the paper. Also, we recommend to use keywords in order to identify the contents of the papers.


2. PAPER SUBMISSION

For uploading the paper please follow the procedure:

  1. Open your EasyChair and upload full paper in PDF.
  2. Upload the proof regarding the quality of the paper.

Authors have to submit high-resolution PDF file with all fonts embedded, according to the SIMPRO 2021-matecconf_instructions.pdf.

The quality of the PDF documents has to be checked at the following address: http://pdf-analyser.edpsciences.org/

When preparing the paper(s), extended abstract(s) and license agreement(s) please use the templates that can be found in the downloads section.

Each paper must have between 5 pages and 11 pages.

Maximum number of accepted papers per author/coauthor is 2.

Maximum number of authors per accepted paper is 5.


After the NOTIFICATION OF PAPER ACCEPTANCE authors must submit the following documents:

3. FINAL DOCUMENTS SUBMISSION

  1. DOCX file of the revised paper(s) - by EasyChair;
  2. PDF file of the revised paper(s)- by EasyChair;
  3. PDF Analyser Report;
  4. DOCX file of the extended abstract(s) - by email to simpro@upet.ro;

The last day for upload the document is 7 May 2021.

Papers uploaded after the deadline will not be accepted at the conference.

After notification of final paper acceptance the next steps are:

  1. License agreement(s) signed by at least one author - by EasyChair;
  2. Proof of payment - by email to simpro@upet.ro;


4. WORKSHOPS REGISTRATION

Those interested in participating in one of the four workshops are asked to fill in the registration form accordingly.
